Yoga Philosophy
The word yoga means to yoke or join, the joining involved being with the life energy that underlies all things. Yoga is a system of stilling the chatter in the mind so that this life energy can flow through the person and bring about increased awareness, transformation and positive change. It is possibly the oldest holistic therapy in that it involves the joining together of body mind and spirit.
